About the event
Climate Cafes for Merton
With the climate and ecological crisis becoming more evident and apparent we need a welcoming, respectful and empathic spaces to talk about what the impact of our changing world means for us, personally and socially.
Climate cafes can be a collective and grounding space to explore complex feelings and thoughts related to climate change that can often be difficult to talk about.
The Climate cafes are facilitated by members of the Climate Psychology Alliances (CPA) who are fully trained and experienced facilitators to provide a sturdy container to allow participants to share equally and openly.
The aim of the sessions are to provide a ‘feeling and thinking’ space, rather than talking about action or giving advice.
