Unlocking Canons House

A specially commissioned play as part of the National Lottery Heritage Fund and National Lottery Community Fund restoration of Canons House, Mitcham.

For two weekends only, the play written by Mitcham playwright Daniel Ward will take you on a journey through the house to understand it’s history, the people who’ve passed through the house & grounds and it’s place in the community today.

Performed by a cast of professional actors, the play will be performed over the weekends of the 15th/16th and 22nd/23rd October.

The production is produced by local theatre company Attic whose previous work about the local area includes Fields Unsown at Morden Hall Park and The Rebellious Women of Wimbledon which toured the local area.

Everyone is welcome but it is particularly suitable for those aged 10+. The venue is fully accessible.

Running time is around 50 minutes.

Performances at 11am / 12pm / 2pm / 3pm.

All tickets FREE but limited so should be pre booked.
